Our shrimp and grits consists of a flavorful, well seasoned shrimp sauce with lots of shrimp and chopped andouille smoked sausage followed by a nice amount of buttery cheddar cheese grits and green onion to top it off. Very Delicious. I promise you will LOVE it. Give this recipe and try and you'll see why New Orleans makes the best shrimp and grits.
